Deciding Which Chiller to Bid On by Cost of Refrigerant Handling and Reclaim

Hope you are doing well. I am looking for 1-Pump Out system by RefTec that will meet this specification. If you need to take exception to any of the items just let me know so I can clearly identify it on my proposal.

What I have is Three alternate chillers with 2-different Refrigerants that I am bidding on. The refrigerants are R-513A and the Other is R-1233zd. The project will decide which chiller will be selected for the project. The chiller Refrigerant weights are as follows..

  1. Base Bid: YK: R-513A Refrigerant: 1,151 Pounds of R-513A Refrigerant
  2. Alternate A: YMC2: R-513A Refrigerant: 2,020 Pounds of R-513A Refrigerant
  3. Alternate B: YZ:R-1233zd Refrigerant: 1,976 Pounds of R-1233zd Refrigerant

I will need separate pricing for Each, Base, Alternate A and Alternate B. If the same machine works for all three great. But not would require individual quotes. Please review and I ask that you call me with any questions.
